We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders worldwide.

We ship worldwide through Fedex for items over $750 and through Thailand Postal for items below that. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method please let us know.

Shipments over $500 are fully-insured and require a signature confirmation.For orders below $500 please contact us if you need your shipment to be insured.

Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved and your shipping address is verified.

Your shipping address must be on file with your credit card company if different from the billing address.

If you have a special shipping request or would like to expedite the delivery of your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Customer service may contact you for additional information as required.

After your order is shipped, you may obtain a courier tracking number by logging in to Your Account. You can track your shipment only at DHL, FedEx or EMS.Pick Up Jewelry at Our Store – Any order placed with us online can be picked up at our store.

Please Note: Production time is usually about 5-7 business days after placing an order. Shipping to an international destination may take 3-4 days for Fedex shipmets and upto 2 weeks for items shipped by Thailand Post. Let us know if you need your jewelry in a shorter perio

BBJ Bangkok Ltd guarantees the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations.

Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If, for any reason, the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you may return any item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly correct the defect or manufacture a new one and ship it to you free of charge, both within Thailand and internationally.

You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your item back to us. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.

Size or Length Adjustments After Purchase

Making size or length adjustments is possible for all jewelry products, and we will be happy to do this for you. Contact us if you would like to schedule a complimentary length/size adjustment to any order.

  • Bracelet / Necklace Length Adjustments – If you need to make adjustments such as adding or removing links, we will apply the necessary charge (for additional links) or provide a refund (for links removed). Please call us to arrange payment for any additional links and/or stones.

  • Ring Size Adjustments – If the ring you purchased from us is either too small or too large, you may send it back for adjustment. We will make the necessary changes and send the ring back to you free of charge.

  • Pendant Chain Adjustments – We offer two chain sizes: 16 and 18 inches. If you need to change your pendant’s chain length, you may send us just the chain or the chain with the pendant attached. We will adjust the length and send it back to you free of charge.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
