CAD/CAM
With our team of talented CAD/CAM designers, BBJ Bangkok is perfectly placed to turn any jewelry idea into a detailed 2D design, or a 3D render that looks just like a real-world object quickly and efficiently. The CAD/CAM process we employ allows for editing, manipulating, and visualizing the finished product far faster and more cost-effectively than the more traditional manufacturing and sketching methods provide for.
Furthermore, after approval, our completed CAD design is used to create 3D printed wax and resin patterns for direct casting and serial manufacturing. This represents a further increase in production efficiency, time, and cost-saving.
Manufacturing
Our core manufacturing specialties are high-quality customized 925 sterling silver, gold, copper, and brass jewelry. The manufacturing processes occur in our 5,200m2 facility via our vertically integrated, state-of-the-art factory.
QA
Managing the important final pre-shipment inspection process is our team of QA/QC experts who examine every item we produce against the specific guidelines that were developed for every product type available. Continually used as a reference point, our comprehensive QA/QC manual ensures continuity of inspection processes. Prior to shipping, all items are examined visually, measured, weighed, and where applicable, closures and clasps are tested.
